The Daily Drucker. 요즘 짬짬이 읽고 있는 책입니다. 아직 한국에 번역서는 없는 것 같군요.
사실 이런 종류의 요약서는 그렇게 좋아하는 편은 아닙니다만,
드러커씨의 책이 너무 많은데다 제가 경영 전문가는 아니니
이 책으로 드러커의 핵심 주장내용을 일별할 수 있을 것 같아 구입했지요.
무엇보다 맘에 드는 것은 366개의 항목으로 세분하여 타이틀을 달고
매일 한 페이지씩을 할당하고 있어 읽는데 부담이 없다는 것입니다.

“In turbulence times, the first task of management is to make sure of the
institution’s capacity for survival, to make sure of its structural strength,
of its capacity to survive a blow, to adapt to sudden change, and to avail
itself of new opportunities. Turbulence, by definition, is irregular, nonlinear,
erratic. But its underlying causes can be analyzed, predicted, managed.”
이 글의 제목은 “Turbulence Times Ahead”입니다. 어째 요즘 읽고 있는 ’삼국지’와 비슷한 분위기이군요
